We confirm the return's eligibility and provide you with the shipping address.

Please return the item in its original condition, preferably in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Once the return has been received and checked, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Conditions
- Unused, unwashed item, in its original condition.
- Return request made within 30 days of receipt.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable if the return is not due to our error.
- In case of a defective item or shipping error, return costs are covered by AniFresh.
