Delivery Policy

We currently deliver to mainland France and throughout the European Union. For any delivery requests outside these areas, please contact our customer service to check feasibility and associated costs.

Orders placed before 2 PM on a business day are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

• Metropolitan France: 3 to 6 business days
• European Union: 5 to 10 business days

These times are indicative and run from the date of shipment, excluding peak periods (sales, end-of-year holidays).

Delivery is free in mainland France, with no minimum purchase. For deliveries within the European Union, shipping costs are calculated and displayed during the checkout process, before payment validation.

As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can also track the status of your order from our Order Tracking page or from your customer account.

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of the shipping address provided during the order process. If an error is reported before shipment, please contact us immediately for correction. Once the package has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed with the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photos. If tracking indicates delivery but you have not received anything, or if the package is stuck in transit beyond the indicated deadlines, contact our customer service so that we can open an investigation with the carrier.

When this option is available and selected during the order process, your package will be delivered to the relay point of your choice. You typically have 7 to 14 days to collect it before it is returned to the sender.
