Terms and Conditions of Sale
Last updated: July 2026
1. Subject
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all product sales concluded on the ani-fresh.fr website between Product Destock and any customer, without restriction or reservation.
2. Price
The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding processing and shipping costs which are, where applicable, specified before order validation. Product Destock reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price appearing on the site on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the customer.
3. Order
The customer selects the products they wish to purchase, adds them to their cart, and then validates their order by following the different steps of the checkout process (customer information, delivery address, payment method, summary). The order is only definitively validated after payment acceptance. An order confirmation is sent by email.
4. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon order. The customer can pay by credit card or PayPal, using the payment methods offered on the site. Payment data is transmitted securely and is never stored by Product Destock.
5. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order, within the timeframes specified on our Delivery Policy page. Product Destock cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason. The detailed terms of this right are specified on our Return Policy page.
7. Legal Guarantees
All products sold on this website benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the legal guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code), without the need for additional payment.
8. Liability
Product Destock cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract in the event of stock shortage or unavailability of the product, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, particularly of postal services and transport and/or communication means.
9. Personal data
Personal data collected when placing an order is necessary for its processing and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on this website.
10. Intellectual Property
All elements of the ani-fresh.fr website are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Product Destock. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site, whether software, visual, or audio.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer shall first contact Product Destock to seek an amicable solution. Failing an amicable agreement, the customer may resort free of charge to the consumer mediation service, in accordance with Article L616-1 of the French Consumer Code.
