Return Policy

In accordance with articles L221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 clear days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or incur any penalties, with the exception of return costs. Beyond this legal period, AniFresh grants you a commercial extension, extending this period to 30 days from receipt.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact our customer service department, stating your order number and the item(s) concerned. You can also use the standard withdrawal form mentioned in article L221-18-1 of the French Consumer Code, available on request.

The product must be returned complete, in its original packaging, with all its accessories, and in a condition allowing it to be remarketed. You are responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the product.

You must ship the returned product no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.

Return shipping costs are covered by AniFresh as part of our 30-day trial policy. A prepaid return label is provided upon request from our customer service.

We will refund all sums paid, including initial delivery costs (excluding additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered), no later than 14 days from receipt of the returned product or proof of shipment of the product. The refund will be made using the same payment method as used for the initial transaction.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection, where applicable.

If the product received has a manufacturing defect or does not match your order, the provisions relating to the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects apply, independently of the withdrawal period mentioned above. Contact our customer service as soon as you receive the product concerned.

In the event of an unresolved dispute with our customer service, you can freely resort to a consumer mediator for the amicable resolution of the dispute, in accordance with article L616-1 of the Consumer Code.
